There is no right of return or exchange for digital products or our herbs.

Please note that most of our products are handmade and are not varnished or coated. Therefore, you will find that the objects patina more than things you buy that are industrially produced, just as there is variation in the workmanship. This is a quality.

As a result, they will develop patina more easily than industrially produced items, and variations in craftsmanship may occur. This is a natural characteristic and part of their quality. Many of our products are vintage or herbal, and signs of patina, wear, and age should therefore be expected.

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Notice of return must be given within 14 days of delivery, and the returned item must be received no later than 14 days after the return notice.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original product. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return-related costs, including customs clearance if the return is sent from a country outside the EU. This also applies to orders from Norway. Returns from outside the EU must be clearly marked as “Goods returned.”

The customer remains responsible for the products until they are safely received by us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost during return shipping, so we recommend keeping a receipt with a tracking number as proof of shipment.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
